FIFA Club World Cup: PSG humiliate Real Madrid to seal final spot

Paris Saint-Germain delivered a footballing masterclass on Wednesday night as they dismantled Spanish giants Real Madrid 4-0 at the MetLife Stadium, cruising into the final of the 2025 Club World Cup in style.

Fabian Ruiz opened the floodgates in the 6th minute with a tidy finish, before doubling his tally in the 24th minute with a powerful strike from the edge of the box. 

Ousmane Dembélé added to Madrid’s misery with a brilliant solo effort in the 9th minute, leaving the Spanish defence stunned.

Despite Real Madrid’s attempts to regroup, they never found rhythm or momentum against PSG’s relentless high press and fluid attacking combinations.

Substitute Gonçalo Ramos rounded off the scoring in the 87th minute, sealing a statement win for the Parisian side.

The emphatic performance not only sends Luis Enrique’s men into the final but also puts European rivals on notice ahead of the new season.
