Kwizera Jojea Engaged to Lorin Huff

Rwanda national team forward Kwizera Jojea began 2026 on a joyful note after proposing to his girlfriend, Lorin Huff, a year after publicly confirming their relationship.

The engagement took place on the night of Wednesday, December 31, 2025, and was revealed through a video Lorin shared on her Instagram page, showing Kwizera down on one knee. The video was accompanied by the love song “Ordinary” by Alex Warren.

The couple had recently shared photos from their vacation in Zanzibar, offering fans a glimpse into their relationship.

On the professional front, the 26-year-old has extended his contract with Rhode Island FC, a second-division club in the United States, where he is expected to play a key role until 2028.

The deal aligns with upcoming league changes that will introduce promotion and relegation.

Kwizera joined the club in 2024 from CF Montréal in Canada and helped Rhode Island finish top of the Eastern Conference.

A versatile midfielder who can defend or attack, he remains an important player for Rwanda’s national team, Amavubi.
