According to Qatar news agency, President Kagame, and the accompanying delegation, was welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by Director of Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ibrahim bin Yousif Fakhro, and Ambassador of Rwanda to the State of Qatar Igor Marara Kainamura.
