Dan Ndoye’s agent has revealed that Manchester United are interested in signing the Switzerland star this summer.
Ndoye, who has impressed on the international stage for his nation at Euro 2024, could form a vital part of Erik ten Hag’s attacking system as the Old Trafford side look to secure his talent for the 2024/25 season.
The club are said to have already begun talks with Bologna to sign the winger and may be willing to pay the £21m fee the club expect to part ways with him.
United’s interest has since been confirmed by Ndoye’s agent, who’s keen on transferring the player to the Premier League.
“It is good that United are interested in Dan,” Fahd Adamson said via Blick. “It is somehow logical as well. United belong to INEOS, and Dan has already played for the other INEOS-owned clubs in Nice and Lausanne.
“He received countless messages from English clubs after the quarter-final against England. Let’s see what emerges from them.
“We must discuss Dan’s future with him and his family. We need to weigh things up well, to prevent him making the wrong career move.”
The 23-year-old could arrive at Old Trafford as part of their overhaul this summer, during which the Red Devils hope to create a fresh, talented squad.
United are actively pursuing a right-sided forward following Antony’s recent underwhelming performances and are also seeking depth in attack to cover Jadon Sancho – who is expected to depart the club this summer.
The Swiss star made 38 appearances for Bologna last season, registering three goals and five assists. He’s proven to be a versatile threat on the pitch, featuring as a centre-forward, midfielder and right winger.
