The Rwanda Football National Team under 20 continued their training preparation in Tanzania for their second Group match against Kenya Under-20 on Thursday at the KMC Stadium.
Coach Eric Nshimiyimana’s side had a disappointing start to the CECAFA U20 Cup with a 1-0 defeat to Sundan Under-20 on Tuesday at the Azam stadium.
Following their defeat, the young Amavubi squad will be hoping to bounce back to winning ways.
Rwanda U20 has a tough task against Kenya that grabbed a win in their first group game against host Tanzania Under-20 with a hard-fought 2-1 win.
Amavubi’s junior team will have to put up a good fight against Kenya if they are to keep their group dream alive.
Rwanda currently sits fourth in Group A with zero point, while Kenya sits second place with three points.
